The readers of the prestigious publication, Business Traveller, have voted Avis Best Car Rental Company in Europe and Best Car Rental Company Worldwide. The publication, which has a readership of 48,000, asks readers to give their views on the service offered by airlines, hotels and car rental companies as part of its annual survey into the best and worst service provided to business travellers. In the last five years Avis has been voted Best Car Rental Company in Europe four times and Best Car Rental Company Worldwide for the first time this year. Catherine Rawson, Director of Distribution Channels for Avis Europe, who collected the awards said: "Customer feedback is very important to us and we are proud to receive an award which reflects customers' opinions on the service offered to them by car hire companies.
